Take out "" from CVS feed

For a feed generated in CSV format to be compatible with a certain website I need to take out the “” from the strig and stay only with |
The feed is here now – https://decusut.ro/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/custom/csv/price.ro.csv

Is this possible?
