Take over an e-mail address from one form to the other

    I need a simple form where a user can enter his email and click a button. After that, the user should get redirected to a subpage. Here is a second form in which the entered email should get transferred automatically.

    The site got built with Elementor, and the second form will have a CleverReach Newsletter integration.

    Is it possible to set this up with CF7, and if so, how do I have to proceed?
