Take some action in admin dashboard upon users requests

Hello, I was wondering: Can I program a chatbot to perform some actions in the admin dashboard when a user requests a specific request ? The situation I am looking for is termination the session when the customer requests it. The reason I am trying this thing is that I receive this request from many customers (because I only allow one session per user) and I have to work on termination the session manually every time, but in the case of A chatbot is on the site and the user is asked to terminate his session and the chatbot do this automatically . This will make things easier for me and save a lot of time.
