Taken to a blank page.

We’re trying to export some of the user data (Name, City, Employer) for 75,000 members on our site. But when we do so we’re taken to a blank page, I’ve found the below page, but this did not help as ‘Extended Profiles’ is already ticked. I don’t think the request is timing out as we are directed to the blank page almost instantly.
