Takes ages to update feed, very unresponsive interface

    This plugin is extremely slow and unresponsive. Any update of the feed gets stuck on “Processing 10%”, the plugin does not respond well to any changes or updates of settings or feed filters. You never know what is the status of the current feed. Is it processing, ended, updated… just terrible user experience. Wasted so much of our time…

    I’m sorry about this issue. We had some emergency patches over the weekend, please update to 13.3.5.3 as it fixes this processing stuck issue.

    Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. As Fauzan mentioned, we had some emergency patches go out over the weekend. Our team worked hard to get this sorted as soon as we could.

    Would you be able to update to 13.3.5.3 and if everything it all well and good, we’d love if you’d reconsider your 1-star ??
