Takes away user roles and capabilites from admin

Hi there,
I installed WP Orphanage Extended in two subdomains in order to let them work with a single login. Using the common user tables works fine, but using the plugin it strangely sets user roles for administrators to 0 and I end up with no access to either backend. This happen although the table prefixes where added correctly.
