Takes forever to load admin area after updating

I am running many Word Press blogs. All of a sudden they aren’t updating fast. If I login and go to manage, then open a post, update it and “save” it, it takes about 30 seconds for the page to load. On the actual site it is updated instantly, but in the admin area it takes up to 30 seconds to update.

My host thought it was my route but I gave him access, he logged in and the same thing happened to him. He said it’s a Word Press issue.

Suggested I upgrade but I’m using 2.0.5 on every site. Server is fine, mysql isn’t bogged down.
