Takes VERY long time trying to backup

    Hi

    I have used updraft plus many times (backup to dropbox) on many websites with no problems.

    On anew client site hosted by godaddy the backups wont complete and i get messages like:

    To decrease the likelihood of overlaps, increasing resumption interval to: 727 + 0 = 727 (Aug 28 09:30:20)

    This time interval is very long so it never completes. The client asked godaddy to increase the memory to 1GB but no difference – copy of log below – any help appreciated: Thanks.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Please could you open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and reduce the ‘Split archives every’ option to 50MB?

    This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files.

    Please could you then attempt a fresh backup?
