Taking Tags off Main Page

Delete the use of the_tags() in your theme’s template file (probably index.php).

This is where I found the_tags line. Do I delete just that or the entire line.

Looks like you could delete the whole line, but not the </div>

Thanks. I tried deleting that line but it didn’t work. I’m not sure why

Then use https://wingrep.com to find all occurrances of the_tags in your theme files.
