Talk Js Showing iFrame on Full page

  • Hi, currently when I am opening the website, the chat iframe is showing on full page. I am not able to click the buttons.

  • Same issue here! I disabled it for mobile in the meanwhile.

    Just more explanation about the issue: when the website is loaded on mobile, it doesn’t respond to any touch, nor button, link or menu. Only the chat icon is responsive and once you open and close the chat, you’re able to interact with the website again.

    We have the same issue on mobile, specialy iPhone and Safari. All links and buttons are dead after first click on ie. ajax controlled button.

    Follow up to previous posts. It is not possible to hide widget on mobile if older Safari versions is used. IOS older than 16. So i have had to disable Tawk.to on all our sites.
