Target for links in the dashboard

First, thank you SO MUCH for all the work you’ve put into this amazing application! You rock!

I wonder if you could make the links in the “other WordPress news” section of the dashboard, open in a new tab/window. That would be a great help, as I often get so side-tracked reading about all the cool new stuff for WordPress, that I forget which site I was working on! ??
