target the "single post page"

Hey there!

I’m trying to modify the layout of the single post page. I have set the template to “Full Width Page (no sidebar)”
But I can’t find the php file that holds that template.

In general I don’t really understand how to target/modify any of the single post properties, neither the php nor css atributes.

Any ideas?
