Targeting Product Archive/Category Pages

You can do that by:

1. Go to “Popup Maker” > “All Popups” and Edit the popup,
2. Go to the “Popup Settings” box > “Targeting,”
3. Go to the “Choose a condition” dropdown > “Product categories” > “Product categories: Selected,” and select the categories whose archive pages you want the popup to display on.

Thank you dearly! Unfortunately that doesn’t work on our store. What I have tried: Disabling all other plugins besides Woocommerce and Popup maker, Double-checked popup is not prevented with cookie. We have other targeting rules which do work. Are there other troubleshooting steps or any other known issues with Product categories: Selected targetting?

If a popup which should be visible is not visible, it could be caused by a CSS conflict.

To check/fix if that is the case, add this CSS fix to the site:

.pum-overlay.pum-active,
.pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active {
display: block !important;
opacity: 1 !important;
}

Thank you. Unfortunately the problem isn’t CSS related as when I search the page HTML I can’t find any popup maker div elements (for the popups). I will try the steps in troubleshooting document in next couple of days and get back to you.
