Task Manager?

Is there like a task manager like plugin which can show you whats going on in the background of your site? Recently I’ve been having major slow downs on my site, with a lot of 503 errors. Looking at CPanel I see the following:

CPU Usage: 0 / 100
Virtual Memory Usage: 286.62 / 8,192
Entry Processes: 1 / 5
Physical Memory Usage: 380.38 / 2,048
I/O Usage: 0 / 500 KB/s
IOPS: 0 / 1024
Number of Processes: 10 / 10
Disk Space Usage: 4.93 GB / ∞
File Usage: 85,547 / 600,000
Monthly Bandwidth Transfer: 62.6 GB / ∞
Email Accounts: 24 / ∞
Mailing Lists: 0 / ∞
MySQL Databases: 18
MySQL Disk Space: 438.91 MB

Looking at that, the processes is maxed out. I would like to see what’s causing that or what could be causing the slow downs on my site.
