    Hello,

I successfully moved my site from local to live server using your plugin. And once few changes done, i wanted to run another backup. This time, the backup task can’t get completed in both cases: whether i choose to store it to local or to remote storage.
I have enabled: Enable optimization mode for web hosting/shared hosting. Database access method is set to WPDB. My server is SITEGROUND.

What could the problem be? Thanks for your help.

    Hi @jlebouch76

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you send us a debug zip from the plugin’s debug tab to help identify the problem?

I think i found the issue. I had setup a password protection on the root folder of my sub-domain. Strange thing is that the temp backup files got stored on the server but there was no completion of the backup task in the back-end and no error message of some kind.
I removed the password protection and it now works properly both on the server and in the backend.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Hi @jlebouch76

Thanks for the update! Glad it works now!

We are going to try to set up a similar environment and reproduce the issue, and see if we could do something to that.

    All the best,
