Hi (new pro version owner here…)

    I’m loving the plugin!!!

I’m sure this is a user permissions issue… but, if I put tasks on a page with shortcode [zephyr_task], the site admin can click on the tile and open the task on the front end. On the same page, if a non-admin user who is assigned to the task clicks, the task does not open (no action at all).

If I change that user to have a Zephyr role, it still does not work (and I am using a client portal and actually cannot be changing the user roles away from portal roles because then the portal does not work).

Can you point me in the right direction?

    Thanks

…continuing to test – looks like I will figure this out by looking at the user/permissions settings. No need to respond at this time!

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in response.

Yes, the permissions under Zephyr > Settings > General Settings > Permissions can be set specifically for each role. If they have access to view/edit the task, they should be able to view it.

Please let me know if you are able to get it working as expected?

    Thank you.

    Kindest regards,
    Dylan
