    I’m having the same issue – have tried everything and it comes down to the fact that when I choose “gift card” in product data, all of the general options disappear. Gift cards aren’t taxed, so I can’t use this plugin to sell them until this is fixed.

    Actually found a fix for this! If you go into “Products” choose the “Quick Edit” option next to the product post – the option to change tax status is able to be changed there – I’ve just tested and seems to be working

    Hi,
    at the moment we do not support taxes on gift card product, almost in our free version.
    Anyway, we plan to develop further this free version in the near future.

    You can do it with this trick ??
    go to your product list in admin panel edit it without entering in its page and change the tax:
