Tax and custom fields not added on receipt

So we are using mc-print3 and a starcloudprnt plugin for woocommerce and it printed out the receipt very well. Now, we have added a custom field, “Time of pickup” at check out. I know that we need to check the ‘print additional metadata and custom fields’ so it is visible on the printed receipt, but, it includes other data and makes the receipt too long. Is there a way we could print the time of pick-up at receipt without printing other metadata?

And another thing is that we want to have the tax at the subtotal but the tax was showing per item. we want it to show as a single total to the receipt. We have configured the tax settings as a single total also.

I hope you could help us with this problem as we want to reopen the restaurant soon because of the pandemic. Thanks!
