Tax calculation is not recalculating on changing state from backend.

Hi,
We have set up taxes in woocommerce (It is called GST in india).
On the checkout page i have put my business state as default. Sometime customer forget to change it while placing the order(We can validate it against pin code) ,that is not the problem. We can always edit it from the woocommerce orders but even though we edit the tax by changing the order to pending state and change the state and then click the recalculate button. The taxes under analytics still not updated with the new state tax and shows the older one.

Could you clear analytics cache in WooCommerce > Status > Tools and check if the numbers are updated?:
