    Hello!
I’m having issues with the way tax is being applied to shipping rates. I’m aiming to have only a sales tax applied to the subtotal in the cart, with no tax on shipping.

Right now, however, the sales tax is being applied to the order subtotal + the selected shipping rate. So far, I have the flexible shipping “Tax Status” set to “None,” but the shipping is still being included in the tax calculation. I have also tried setting the “Shipping Tax Class” (in the Tax settings tab) to “Zero Rate,” but tax is still being applied.

The rest of the plugin configuration has been working out very well for me, but any insight you have into this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello!

If you set Flexible Shipping tax status to “None”, tax should not be included in your shipping costs: https://wpde.sk/po/opaoo5zmhza1.png

If the plugin behaves differently in your case, that means that there might be a potential conflict with other third-party plugin you are using in your shop. Try disabling all third-party plugins and test the shipping cost again. It might be a good idea to disable any cache solutions you are using (if so).

Also, please send us a WooCommerce system status. Here’s a screenshot showing how to get it.

As we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
