Tax display does not remember your changes

We have a Tax toggle button, that switches between showing prices including tax and excluding tax. When opening a new incognito window, and click to change it to excluding tax, then refresh the page, it des not remember the change, and switches back to showing prices including tax.
What could be the cause of this?
It does work if you are logged in to wp-admin, and then changes to excluding tax. Then it remembers the change.

Hi again @gravid7 as far as I can see this is the only setting for this spesific widget/function of the booster plugin?
