Tax display for UK including VAT. Hide VAT in USA.

    What is the best way to control how VAT is displayed in both the UK and USA?
    Are shop is based in the UK and at the moment we have our Tax Options set to:

    Tax options
    Prices entered with tax: Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
    Calculate tax based on: Customer shipping address
    Shipping tax class: Shipping tax class based on basket items
    Display prices in the shop: Including Tax
    Display prices during basket and checkout: Including tax

    Multi-Currency
    We are using a Multi-Currency price converter GBP to USD and
    UK customer needs to see the text “inc. VAT” after the price.
    USA customer should just see the price without the text “inc. VAT”.

    Is this possible to achieve with one WordPress website or should we look at having two separate website for UK and USA?

    Hi there,

    The suffix settings are applied site-wide by default regardless of the currency selected. If these need to be configured on a per-currency basis, then using multiple WordPress instances is indeed the best way forward ??
