Tax does not work

Can you please make sure that you have set the taxes under the standard tax rate tables? Here’s more about it: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#section-13

Also, if that is already set, can you please check if the products have the taxable selected in the Product Data > General section while editing the product.

If still it doeesn’t help, let us know and we’ll help you sort this out.

Hi @treeside,

I see 2 issues here and I’ve highlighted them in the screenshot below

1. You’ve provided a state code, which means that you want the tax to ONLY apply to customers living in that state rather than the whole of Italy. Also, I’m not sure there’s any region in Italy that uses the code IT, so it is unlikely to ever be matched. You’ll want to delete that
2. You’ve set a tax rate of 0.22% rather than 22%
