Tax gone

  • Dear folks,

    Our tax is gone from Woocommerce.

    It works in payment gateway Paypal.

    But not in payment gateway Klarna.

    This happened when upgraded to latest version of Klarna plugin. (2 weeks earlier we activated SSL with no visible issues).

    Hey @frodde,

    What Klarna plugin are you using as if the tax is displaying in PayPal but not Klarna it sounds like a possible issue with the Klarna gateway plugin which you are using.

    Firstly I would check if there is maybe an update available for the Klarna gateway you have installed as that maybe all that’s required to resolve this for you.

    If not I would drop the developers of the plugin you are using a support message with regards to this so they can investigate this further for you and offer a solution.

    It was the plugin Klarna that needed a fix.

    The update is published now.
