Tax Invoice

    Hi Folks

    We want to purchase a pro licence for a client site, but we need a tax invoice including both yours and our tax details on the invoice as required by Spanish law.

    When creating an account, the only information you ask is our email address and a person’s name and surname. That is not good enough for the Spanish tax office.

    They need to see your company details, including your tax registration number, as well as our full company details and tax registration details.

    Please can you let me know if this is possible?

    Hi cognisant_2000,

    Yes, it is possible. When you make payment (via paddle.com), you will be able to enter your tax ID and after payment they will send you a link to generate an invoice where you can enter your own contact details.
