I gave total of 3 replies within last 24hours but dind’t get back a reply from your team. I’ve already explain about which email account we’re using also added the admin access there.

If I get the email reply already then there is no need to raise a ticket here. As it’s an extra effort.

We haven’t got any message from you in the last 24 hours. We’ve even checked the spam folder and it’s empty.

You have two trial accounts. One of them has no jurisdiction, so no tax will be calculated in that case. The other has only one jurisdiction, so tax will be calculated only when you sell within that jurisdiction.

The plugin is working fine. If you enter a Californian postal code in the checkout form, you’ll see the sales tax amount calculated for that order.
As your business is registered for tax collection in California only, you’ll see tax only when the customer enters a Californian address.

Is there a way to add jurisdiction for all the states in USA in Bulk?

It would be difficult for us to put one by one. We need the tax for all around the country as we’re delivering product to all states

No, it’s not possible to add all of them in bulk. Anyway, as the article says you only have to add only the US states in which you are registered to collect sales taxes, NOT all the states where you sell your products.

As we’re running ecommerce online business, our product will purchase from all around the USA, then what about other states if they purchase a product from a different state?

You need to collect taxes only in the states where you’re registered for tax collection. Please check with your tax advisor.

Suppose we’ve registered for 10 states. So do we need to add 10 jurisdictions? As I found your starter plan allows only 3?

Correct. You need to enter all the states where you are registered for tax collection. Our basic plan includes up to 3 tax jurisdictions, which is good enough for most sellers.

So there is no option to put other states taxes.

1. But what happen if we put manual tax rate though woocommerce>tax? why that is allowed even without registration?
