Tax issue

Hi,

Great plugin, but a little issue.

We are displaying all prices in our shop, inclusive of tax.

Tax is hidden (with CSS) on the basket and checkout page, so customers only see the price they will pay (no hidden extra).
On the final email and invoice, tax is specified as per legal requirements.

However, when we input the quote, tax is calculated, so we have to input this excluding tax.
e.g., the quoted shipping cost is ￡100, so we input ￡83.33, so the total on the basket and checkout page is displayed as ￡100.
In the shipping quote email that is sent to the customer, it is displayed as our input: ￡83.33.

Is there a way to have this be inclusive of tax (￡100) to avoid any confusion from the customer?
We would rather not have it displayed as ￡83.33 + tax, as this causes friction in the buying process. We would like them to see the shipping quote as the price they will pay.
