Tax issues in 'Total' on cart page

    Hi there,

    I seem to be having troubles with tax not displaying quite correctly based on customer location. I have an online business in Australia which has 10% GST on products within the country however when sending goods overseas, to the USA for example, I don’t want the 10% GST to display (i.e. tax free) in the ‘Total’ on the cart page where the product is shown. When the shipping address is set to the USA the 10% GST shows up in the ‘Total’ section but calculates correctly in the Cart Totals. The strange thing is that I also have a test site and it seems to work perfectly on this site but not on my “live” site.

    I’d really appreciate if someone could provide some suggestions as to why this is happening and what seems to be overriding this Total.
