    Hi,

I setup a standard tax rates, and rename the tax name as GST for specific country for example, then just “tax” for other countries.
How can I display this tax name in cart and checkout depending on customer country/location?
so for example if customer select the country A in shipping, GST tax label will appear,
if he’s from Country B, “Tax” label will appear instead.

    Thanks.

Hey @darrenc4 – can you please try setting the Default customer location under WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → General to ‘Geolocation’? That should address this for you.

Hi, ok it works, but can you confirm that it only change the tax label in cart page for example under the main sub total, it now display as,
(includes $180.00 GST estimated for Australia)
It just added the wording “estimated for Australia”
    is that correct?
but what I need to achieve is to change the wording “incl Tax” in cart page for each of the products listed in my cart, not just in main sub total.
    hope that makes sense.
    thanks again.

    Hello,

This can be displayed on the cart and check out pages in the Total line. There is no builtin option to conditionally change the incl Tax text depending on the user’s country. To achieve that, I’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the services on our Customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
