Tax not being calculated

Yes, I sell products if that’s what you mean?

I mean do you need to ship the products or are they digital? If you ship, then have you setup the shipping methods..etc?

Yes I ship products and yes shipping is set up and working fine

Is your staging site’s domain added to your Stripe?

OK, I have added my testing site to Stripe and now I can see the apply pay pop up.

But, even though my address comes up as New York and my tax settings are set for New York no tax is being calculated.

Now what can I do??? Seems this is a plugin bug

Can you please post a video capture of what you see? Did you indeed click on the shipping address field to select an address? If you don’t first do that, it won’t know the location and thus can’t calculate tax.

So my workflow is like this;

Buyer goes to shop and pick a product

Add to cart

Go to cart page

Here they can hit pay with apple before entering an address.

The whole idea of using apply pay is to avoid entering all the shipping and credit card details

If you are the plug in author maybe we can do a screen share session so you can see what the problem is with your plug-in

So what I mean is what steps were taken AFTER they see the payment sheet popup? When the popup shows, initially the tax may show zero and that is expected behavior. However once they have selected the shipping address they want shipped to, tax should recalculate at that point assume all settings are set up correctly.
