Tax not being correctly auto-calculated based on customer shipping address

In Woocommerce>Settings>Taxes, I have it set to calculate tax based on customer shipping address. However, it’s only calculating to our business’ address. What might the issue be?

From what I understand you have the Taxes set to calculate on the customers shipping address, which would be configured like this example, is that correct?.

At checkout is the customer entering both a Billing and Shipping Address or just a Billing Address?
Also what is your WooCommerce > Settings > Default customer location set to, if it’s set to the Shop base address could you try changing that to Geolocate instead.

Looking at your screenshot I noticed that you are using the Automated Taxes option of WooCommerce provided by the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin.

With Automated Taxes enabled all taxes on the site would be automatically calculated using a service called TaxJar and and tax rates configured from WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard Rates would not apply.
I’d suggest posting your question within the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin forum. When posting in that forum if you please provide a link to an exmple product you’re adding to cart along with a description of what the tax should be compared to what you’er seeing at chekout.
Details of your shops base city and the city your shipping to would also be helpful too.
