Tax not calculating correctky

    The tax is not calculating correctly. Neither in the webshop as when i give in a manual order. Printscreen
    As you can see it calculates tax, but not 21% as is set in the settings. Now it’s calculating €13.87 while it should be €16.78 . Now it is 18% tax.
    I don’t now how to resolve this.
