Tax not calculating on Shipping

    This would be a setting in woocommerce, this is not related to importing tax rates. This plugin doesn’t change how taxes are calculated. Did you setup a shipping tax class?

    It’s set to “shipping tax class based on cart items”

    If just the zip is entered during checkout, it won’t show the tax. Both the state and zip must be entered to calculate it. For some reason, the zip alone doesn’t trigger the calculation. Hope this helps.
