Tax Not Charged

  • A customer purchased products and was not charged tax. These are the settings I have regarding tax:
    Enable Tax – Turn tax on
    Product Prices – Product prices are tax exclusive – add tax to the price during checkout
    Tax Logic – Apply tax when shipping region is the same as tax rate
    Tax Rate – USA Nevada 8.25%

    The customer lives in Nevada, actually the shipping region is the same zip code as where it’s shipped from. Why wasn’t she charged tax?
