Tax not displaying in Basket or Checkout

    We are in the processes or setting up a Customer Portal WooCommerce Shop and we cannot get the tax rates to be calculated or show at basket or checkout.

    We have followed all instructions documentation here:

    We have checked tax settings and ensured the taxable status on our items are setup correctly.

    We believe this is not a plugin conflict or theme issue as we have tested our installation with Storefront and with all plugins deactivated.

    What would you suggest we check next? Please kindly advise. Thank you.

    If you’re still in need of assistance, we’d like to gather a bit more information to better understand your situation. Could you kindly verify:

    1. Have you enabled the “Enable Taxes and Tax Calculations” option? You can find this under WooCommerce > Settings > General.
    2. How have you set up tax calculations? Is it based on the Customer billing address, Customer shipping address, or the Store base address? You can find this setting under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options.

    Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share screenshots of your “Standard” and “Zero” tax rates to provide us with a better understanding of your tax settings configuration.
