    Hi,
When I began using woo-commerce I set my tax settings for my prices to be entered including tax. I now need to change it to exclusive of tax but for the existing prices to remain the same. For example I set a price of €69 including tax… I now need that to be €69 but exclusive of tax…

All future prices will be exclusive of tax.

Can anyone please advise on how I can make this change or the steps I need to follow.

    Many thank

  • Hi there @gymgggg1 ??

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

I am double-checking just now, with a test installation of mine, and I can verify that the exported .CSV file (obtained using the Export button up-top the products screen at Products > All Products) had the same prices, under the Regular Price column.

Meaning that the setting will change how taxes are calculated, not the product prices themselves.

Feel free to test this out for your store, by keeping a backup first and, subsequently, going ahead with exporting a .CSV with all products and the
Prices entered with tax option to Yes and No, respectfully.

For more on setting up taxes in WooCommerce, kindly see the related documentation, directly linked here.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.
