Tax rates – not reflecting

    Hi,

    I have added tax rates to the wooocmmerce tax table and working fine in frontend. But for manual ordrer, I clicked in ‘Add tax’ button. But other countries are not listing.

    Ex : We have US with AZ, Also exists US with VA. But not reflecting in manual order.

    I tried to recreate the error on my testing site, but couldn’t. When I manually created orders, the tax calculation seemed to be working perfectly fine.
