Tax rounded to nearest whole number

We’ve installed with Woo and everything is great except that the tax calculations on the checkout pages are being rounded to the nearest whole number such that $6.48 displays in WooCommerce as $6. Once they go to checkout in Paypal, the correct amount appears on Paypal’s site. How do we fix this?
