Tax shows in cart on non-tax country

    Hello!
    I have 4 countries, 1 currency. All my prices are set with 25% tax.
    3 countries should be with tax, 1 country should be without tax (but have the same price.)
    Zone pricing setting: “Do not adjust taxes based on location”.
    Test mode works fine except for the cart, it shows (incl. XXXX tax) even on the country without tax.
    Tried a search here but didn’t find an obvious explanation. Any ideas?
