Tax Split Not seen when Product added to cart

The Problem
When I add a product to Cart I Can only See the Sub Total + Shipping Cost and not the Tax Splits

I can See the TAX splits only if the entries are under Standard rates even though I have selected the 12% Additional Tax class for a product (Which is the additional tax class I have created and set for the product).
If I delete the tax rates entered under Standard rates, and allocate the 12% Tax rate to a product and then when I add the product to the basket, it just shows Sub Total, Shipping rate and Total (inclusive of tax) despite of “Display Prices during basket and Checkout” being set to “Excluding Taxes”

Why is this happening? Is there any other setting I need to pay attention to?

The following is the detailed description of all settings I have done for my site https://www.fishermanshub.com and have a problem not being able to see the Tax splits when I set new additional tax classes for my site despite selecting the particular tax class for my Product. Ill explain. Being from India we have 4 Tax classes GST – 5%, 12,%,18% & 28 %. These are further Split into CGST (Which is 50% of the above Tax class which goes to Centre as CGST (Central GST), and the remainder 50% goes to state that the item is shipped to and is labelled as SGST (STATE gst) if both the state of dispatch and state to which goods are shipped to are same and IGST (Interstate GST) if if state to which it is shipped and the recepients states differ

So I created as Split of 12% GST under Additional Tax Class as follows

In General Options Enable Taxes has been activated (Enable tax rates and calculations),

I have selected Prices Entered With Taxes (Yes I will enter prices inclusive of Taxes). Taxes base don customer shipping address and Shipping Tax class based on basket item..
Display Prices in Shop selected as Including tax and Display Prices During Basket and Checkout as “Excluding Taxes”

I have set the General Product Data as follows
Tax Status – taxable and Tax Class I have selected 12% GST which has been set as above.
