    I am using the plugin to sync stock levels on my e-commerce site with our physical shop (using iZettle).

    We added the e-commerce recently and therefore, we have created all our products initially on iZettle. However, when creating the ecommerce site, we recreated all the products on Woocommerce and then synced them to iZettle.

    Moreover, we have some products that are only available in the physical store and not on the online store. I have set the iZettle integration plugin to sync stock level changes FROM iZettle and products and stock level changes TO iZettle.

    Recently, we discovered that whenever there is an IZETTLE transaction of an item that is available in both online AND physical store, the tax status of that item changes automatically to 0% on the iZettle inventory. This change does not happen when there is a transaction on Woocommerce.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Could you please do this:

    Go to WooCommerce->Settings->iZettle->Advanced

    Check the log checkbox and save.

    Then do a (or wait until a) purchase of an effected product.

    When you have done this, go to WooCommerce->status->logs and find the latest woo-izettle-integration log and send it to [email protected]

    Hi,

    In todays released 4.0.0 we have corrected a bug causing the tax to be set o 0 if WooCommerce is configured to not use its tax functionality. Thank you for reporting and help to find the bug.
