Tax value line using 3 rows instead of 1

Hi,
I’ve edited the email templates and upon testing how they look, I can see that the tax amount that belongs to the order is properly being placed underneath the ‘total field’, but it’s taking up 3 rows instead of 1 (see attached link).

The position of the tax value cannot be edited within the plugin’s settings.
Where can I go to edit it so that the tax amount of each order is properly placed into 1 row and not 3?
