Tax with COD is not working

When tax (I use enhanced rate, in this case 21%) is set on COD, its not showing neither in order detail page or invoices. I had to hack all the way around to fix this. If there is more people like that, let me know, and I will look at it more thoroughly (its possible in my case there is some kind of conflict).
