tax with Paypal

additional information from a previous post that I never got help with:

Hi I just uploaded a .csv file to the tax section of woo commerce and it didn’t change anything. Can someone help me with the settings to make it apply?

Set up rates for US only.

@mochicone I am looking for the same solution, I live in Cali, and we also have to charge destination sales tax. Let me know if you find a solution, thanks!
