Sliced Invoices – WordPress Invoice Plugin never worked for Me:When using a comma instead of a dot in the payment settings, it is calculating the tax totally wrong. Making the plugin unusable for countries outside the US.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

    Hi @impulsivia,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Sliced Invoices. We have many users from countries outside the US, and I have not heard any other reports of problems with tax calculation. So it’s likely whatever is wrong is something simple in your settings.

Can you please provide 1) an example invoice showing the wrong tax amount (either a screenshot or link to your invoice), and 2) tell us what your Tax settings currently are?

    Best regards,
    David

    Here you are:

My tax settings are 21. Which should stand for 21% (yes high, I live in the Netherlands ??

But the tax amount is way to high.

My thousand seperator is a dot, my decimal seperator is a comma.

By the way, I have solved this issue by making a new invoice with the same settings. That went right. So it looks like its random.

That’s very odd! Let us know if you encounter the issue again and we’ll be glad to check it out.
