Taxes are always at 0%

VAT should only be 0% for companies right? That’s the VAT number about. Not customers (individuals) without a VAT number

The EU VAT Assistant doesn’t calculate taxes, nor it applies an exemption without a valid VAT number. If VAT is calculated at 0%, most likely it means that the tax settings are incorrect.
