    Hello OT,

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand taxes are not showing in the cart or checkout.

    Was this working before, or is this a new setup?
    Do you have FI (Finland) set as the country code?

    Try removing the Postcode and City from the Tax Settings and see if that works.
    I want to confirm whether this issue is related to the city and zipcode limitation.

    Lastly, please share your site’s System Status Report with me.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reply. It’s new store and taxes have not shown from the beginning. FI is set as the country code. I removed Postcode and City from tax setting but no difference. Here is the report: https://pastebin.com/VWFqCV1V

    Thank you for providing the details. Since the screenshots are in Finnish, I couldn’t fully interpret your current settings, but I can guide you through some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

    Please try the following:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax.

    2. Set Calculate tax based on to Shop base address.

    3. Set Display tax totals to Itemized.

    Once you’ve made these adjustments, check the cart and checkout pages to see if the taxes appear.
