Taxes in WP E eCommerce

Is there a way to set up the many differenct tax percentages for various states without a plug in? for instance: FL has over a dozen different tax percentages based on zip/county and CA is the worst there are over 50 different tax percentages. We are using Avatax but having trouble with the TAX NOW pluin that is their WP interface.
Does WP eCommerce have the ability to break taxes down by zip code and state?
Or can you recommend a different plugin
