Thanks for sharing your System Status.

I couldn’t replicate the behavior you’re describing on my test site. This is the report (Year to date) for Revenue and this is the report (Year to date) for Taxes.

There may be customizations or Tax/Shipping plugins that add features to WooCommerce and create conflicts with these reports.

You’ll want to review your installed plugins to see if there are any adjusted or discounted products/orders and reach out to that plugin’s developers to see if there are any conflicts with compatibility.

It would be also helpful to select a smaller range of dates or even a single day to compare with your orders under WooCommerce > Orders to help make sense of the data.

My date range in the above is 9/1 to 11/30.

The only plugin we have that interacts with taxes is the official “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” plugin. We do make a change to pricing and this could be causing the conflict but this doesn’t change how tax is calculated. This would mean that the way these 2 reports calculate tax is done differently because if they were calculating from the exact same data set they should be getting the same results.
