I understand that after placing an order on your site where you see the taxes is included, you are not seeing it in the invoice, correct?
As a first step, can you please share how invoices are added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?
Meanwhile, for us to investigate this further, please share with us a screenshot of the following items below:
- General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
- Tax Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax)
- Tax Classes (Standard Rate, Reduced Rates, etc)
- Order details
- Invoice details

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
